How We Built AUVÉE Atelier: Brand Identity, Shopify Website & Launch Strategy (Case Study)

This case study explores how we built AUVÉE Atelier, a slow fashion brand, through intentional brand identity development, content strategy, and Shopify website design.

When Joanne, the founder of AUVÉE Atelier, first reached out to us in July 2025, she had a clear vision. A slow fashion brand rooted in quiet luxury, crafted in Chiang Mai, and designed for women who dress with meaning.

She had fabric swatches, a production timeline, and a December 23 launch date.

What she did not have yet was a complete brand identity that could translate her values into visuals, words, and a cohesive digital presence.

That is where we came in.

Our mission was to create a brand world that felt as thoughtful as the garments themselves. Calm, confident, and quietly luxurious.

Step 1: Brand Voice Development for a Slow Fashion Brand

We started with voice before visuals, developing AUVÉE’s signature framework: poetic line plus proof point.

Every caption, product description, and email opens with something evocative, then grounds it with substance.

For example:
“Soft on skin, strong in spirit. OEKO TEX® Standard 100 (Class I) certified linen.”

This became the backbone of everything, from Instagram captions to website copy and launch emails.

Step 2: Visual Identity Design (Luxury Branding System)

Then came the visual identity system.

A warm ivory and espresso brown palette, paired with serif and sans serif typography. We created five creative mood boards to guide every content direction, from education to launch day storytelling.

This ensured consistency across every touchpoint, from social media to packaging to website design.

Step 3: Content Strategy for a Fashion Brand Launch

For two months before launch, we built anticipation without relying on final product shots.

November focused on brand foundations. Values, makers, slow fashion education, and waitlist building.

December shifted into reveals. Product drops every other day, color palette announcements, behind the scenes of finished garments, and a calm sense of countdown.

This approach allowed the audience to connect with the brand before the product.

Step 4: Shopify Website Design and Conversion Strategy

While our partner developer built the Shopify infrastructure, we focused on the brand experience and conversion strategy.

Every page was designed to feel like an extension of AUVÉE’s world, not just a transactional shopping site.

Every word was crafted to turn curiosity into confidence, and browsers into buyers.

Step 5: Launch Strategy for a Slow Fashion Brand

December 23, 2025. Launch day.

We created an hour by hour campaign plan that stayed true to AUVÉE’s ethos.

This was never about manufactured urgency. It was about opening doors with quiet confidence.

The result was a launch that felt intentional, not frantic. Celebratory, not desperate. Exactly like AUVÉE.

The Result: A Complete Brand Identity and Website Launch

By launch, AUVÉE Atelier had:

  • A complete brand identity system

  • Multiple pieces of pre launch content across posts, reels, and emails

  • A fully functional Shopify website with conversion focused copy

  • Brand guidelines and templates for future capsules

  • A launch strategy that turned waitlist signups into sales

More importantly, AUVÉE had something intangible. A world people wanted to be part of.

This is what happens when brand strategy, design, and storytelling come together with intention.

When every decision, from color palette to caption structure, reinforces the same core message.

AUVÉE Atelier is not just a clothing brand. It is an invitation to dress with meaning.

And we are honored to have built the world that invitation lives in.
